Individual, Couples, Children, and Family Therapy
No matter what kinds of challenges you were given in life , I believe it is possible to turn them into your strengths and blessings through an enlightening process of psychotherapy.
My own life journey has not only taught me many valuable lessons, but also brought me to realize how passionate I am about helping people.
While my life has been always connected to the field of psychology one way or another, I received my graduate training in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy at Pepperdine University.
I've practiced psychotherapy in different settings, and enjoyed helping individuals, couples, children, and families with a variety of problems, issues, and symptoms.
Further, I've received extensive training and invaluable experience in treating eating disorders and overexercise addictions at Monte Nido Vista, a well-known residential facility.
Having experienced immigration, and being fluent in several languages (English, Russian, and French), I believe that cultural issues are important, and deserve to be attended to, especially, in the process of psychotherapy.
